We do not offer refunds for change of mind or any other reason. Please choose your items carefully.
Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care to ensure that our products are of the highest quality. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will be happy to assist you.
Conditions for Returns

- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Timeframe: You must notify us of the damage or defect within 14 days of receiving the product.

- Photographic evidence of the damage or defect
- Order number
- Return Authorisation: Once your return request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Inspection and Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
